MIRA Business Code of Conduct Policy

At MIRA Business Ltd, our corporate compass is our Code of Conduct. We are committed to conducting business according to the highest ethical standards, treating everyone with respect, creating fair workplaces, and ensuring that our co-workers help us strengthen and protect our reputation, business, and communities.

Our Code of Conduct sets the rules that outline the appropriate business conduct and expected behaviours of all our employees and consultants. As such, we will periodically modify and revise the Code of Conduct to Company policy and industry standards. .
1. Responsibility and accountability

Our consultants are personally responsible and accountable for their actions, as are our employees and other persons paid to assist in services we provide.

2. Honesty and integrity

Our consultants act with honesty and integrity, and do not compromise their position, or of MIRA Business Ltd, or any of our customers or clients.

3. Conflict of interests

Where our consultants have a personal or conflicting interest in any matter in which they are involved they will disclose that interest if they know it to conflict with the interests of their customers. Anti-Corruption & Bribery.

4. Compliance with the law

Our consultants obey and refrain from carrying out any act that they know, or ought to know, is unlawful or contrary to any of MIRA Business Ltd policies or procedures.

5. Authority, respect, and courtesy

Our consultants respect the rights of all individuals and do not abuse their position.

6. Equality

Our consultants act with fairness and impartiality. They do not discriminate on grounds of sex, race, colour, language, religion, or belief, political or other opinion, national or social origin, association with a national minority, disability, sexual orientation, property, birth, or other status. 7. Confidentiality

Our consultants treat with respect all information in which they are entrusted during the course of business, and access or disclose it only for the purposes for which it is intended.

8. General conduct

Our consultants act in a professional manner. They do not behave in a manner which brings, or is likely to bring, discredit upon themselves, MIRA Business Ltd, any customer, client, or is likely to undermine confidence in themselves, MIRA Business Ltd or that of our customers and clients.

9. Challenging and report improper conduct

Our consultants challenge and, when appropriate, take action to report breaches of this code and improper conduct to colleagues.


Compliance and risk are always a challenge. Ensuring a balance is maintained is more important and ever with overlapping regulatory regimes extending their reach across multiple sectors.
